Important Note: Users running Android version 9 should change their settings to not let their device go to sleep during recording, and keep the screen turned on. Android 9 severely restricts processor time for apps in the background, so if the app goes to the background or the screen turns off, recordings may be lost.
To ensure that your recordings won’t be lost:
1. In the app, go to Settings (top-right 3-dot button) and activate 'Keep Awake While Recording'.
2. Before recording, in your Android system settings, enable 'Airplane mode' and 'Do not Disturb.'
3. Make sure not to turn off the screen with the on-off button, and keep the app in the foreground while recording.
