For Android 4.3 or newer, this plugin is useless. You can go to system 'Settings' -> 'Security' -> 'Notification access', and check 'exDialer'.Useful plugin for exDialer newer than v90. It's not a standalone app. Install 'exDialer' to access functions.
This plugin help exDialer to grant ability to clear missed call notifications. Compare to existing app 'xMissedCall Patch', no difference in function.
