This is a free and offline Tigrinya English Basic Dictionary Android App. The purpose of this dictionary is to provide a quick useful and practical words commonly used in daily life. The dictionary focuses on everyday communication and vocabulary. It also contains useful ICT and Computer terms that are essential for anyone using computer and mobile phones.
The dictionary is mainly targeted for beginners and for intermediate level users of both languages and objective is to give daily life practical words for quick reference. Notice that this is NOT an academic or technical dictionary, not also an advanced dictionary in that it doesn't tell word type or doesn't address grammatical issues.
